Hallo did you now that During WW1 the king of England, the Tsar of Russia, and the Emperor of Germany were all first cousins.
In 1917, Germany invited mexico to join WW1 by attacking the U.S.
some 5,500 WW2 bombs are discovered in Germany evrey year and defused, an average of 15 per day.
Namaste Isaiah,
ReplyDeletemy name is Cia. I am a Summer Learning Journey blogger who will be working with you over the summer break.
I like the interesting facts you shared about Germany, all of them were related to wars which can be very full on but quite interesting. Maybe next time you could share some more positive things about Germany like places, traditions and food that are special to their country.
It reminds me of when people ask me whether Samoa has telephones, computers and the internet. A lot of people think there are only fales on the beach and people eat only fish and drink coconuts. I’ve explained to a few people that there is a lot more in Samoa than they think and I believe the same goes for Germany. There is a lot more they have to offer, than the wars they caused or participated in. What else is Germany famous for? (Think foods, places or traditions).
Cool start to the Summer Learning Journey Isaiah, I look forward to reading your future blog posts over the summer holidays.
Toe feiloa’i fo’i ('See you again' in Samoan),
Cia.
